Jun 30, 2007 Bottle, bought at the brewery. Pale blonde. Malty, flowery aroma with a hint of butter. Dryish, yet thin. Some malt character. Hoppy, grassy flavor with a hint of butter. Rural pilsener, with a slight barnyard character.

Feb 24, 2007 Bottle: Barnyardy malty nose with a very mild hoppy touch; golden coloured, slightly hazy, soloid white foam; mild bitter sweet flavour, soft MF; slightly sourish, bitter sweet finish. A rather rural Pils.......

Feb 18, 2007 (bottle) Hazy, pale golden colour with yeast floaties and a medium-sized foamy white head. Sweet malty, grainy aroma with a slightly stronger hoppy note compared to the Vollbier Hell of the same brewery. Light-bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a moderate carbonation. Balanced hoppy bitterness and malty sweetness with rural character; moderately bitter and herbal hoppy finish. Decent Franconian Pilsener.
