Bottled. Mahogany colour. Vague coffee aroma. Sweet and soft, lightly roasty. A very discrete beer with low bitterness and no flaws.

Jul 9, 2008 50 cL bottle, thanks to ChristianScheffel. Pours golden dark brown with a slowly collapsing tan head. Mild chalky yet also roasted malt aroma. Flavour is dark fruity and roasted malt. Holds a light metallic note. Goes into a dry and roasted malt finish.

Jul 9, 2008 Bottled. Deep amber colour, big fluffy beige head. Aroma is caramel malts, some earth and mild sugary notes. Flavour is slightly metallic, sweet malty and also has some hints of sugar and grains/grass.

Pours clear, dark brown amber with a medium, creamy, off-white head. Fine lacing. Aroma is soft sweetness, a touch of chocolate and lightly roasted. Okay mouthfeel, but a little thin. Flavour is quite sweet, some roasted caramel and a touch of liqourice. Light dryness. Nothing special.

Jul 6, 2008 Bottled on the main square in Zatec. Amber with a lasting off-white head. Toasted malt and a caramel aroma. Drybready malt flavour. Finishes with a nice German Schwarzbier roasted note, but is generally a little boring.
Ungstrup (11031), Frederiksberg, Denmark
Nov 4, 2007 Bottled. An amber beer with no head. The aroma is sweet with notes of caramel and straw, while the flavor is sweet malty with primary notes of caramel.
