on tap at the multnomah pub. aroma of prunes, coffee grapes. opaque almost black with a thread of head. feel a thickness in the mouth but not oly. flavor quite fruity--grapes, black cherry--w/ chocolate & caramel, the cold and clean of it keeps from being cloying, as other baltic porters tend to.

May 20, 2008 On tap at Quimby location in Portland, OR--Poured a deep dark black-brown body with a soapy whitish head. Dark fruity, sweet and malty esters. Spicy, rich, sweet, fruity flavor. Finished chocolaty and smooth. Alcohol well masked. Great beer.
