This is a great IPA. This is not thoe tyes that just kick you in the head and leave you NOT wanting more. This has a great flavor and the hops where just right for a good IPA. A nice dark amber color with a great haed. Loved the flavors and you could actually tatse a bit of the malts.

Clear amber-orange. Sugar-water sweetness in the malts, with caramel and toffee flavors. Juicy hop notes ... a little pine and some flowers. Nice aromas. Mild, but balancing, bitterness level. Some bitter orange notes as well. Pretty good, but I think I like the "alt IPA" better.

RBSG 2004 on tap at the brewpub: Clear orange with a thin white head, earthy hops, starts and ends bitter. Fizzy carbonation and watery texture.

On tap at the Lucky Lab public house. Pours a transparent amber with a medium off-white head. Floral sweet citrus hops in the aroma. Taste starts lightly sweet but quickly fades to a citrusy hop bittered finish. Fruity crisp dry finish.

Light orange gold color. Small head. Aroma is fruity and sweet. A medium bodied IPA Malts are fruity and sweet. Hops are grapefruity. Nicely balanced. Smooth taste. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and crisp. Aftertaste is slightly bitter.

On tap at the brew pub. Deep golden color with a thin white head that left some lacing. Floral hop nose. Strong pine hop flavor, but the body really seemed lacking. Some white grape tastes and citrus rind bitterness in the finish. Okay beer but seemed to be missing some balance.
