Oct 17, 2006 Tap at the Lab in Multnomah Village. Listed as "fresh hop Nugget IPA". Light amber colored to deep golden. Clear. Small, fast fading white head with spotty lacing. Aroma is pleasant and fairly bright with floral notes. Medium bodied. Really bitter without becoming harsh. Lingering bitterness is a bit piney. Pretty decent, definitely a hop forward beer.

A nice fresh hopped brew. A nice use of the golden hops and the freshness was very exquisite. I liked the malts sued and the balance was good. The fresh hops did add to the flavor and give this beer an over the top NW hop flavor. A great beer.
