stchloe (197), Portland, Oregon, USA Sep 26, 2008 Not one of the worst red ales, but not the best. Reggie’s is a much better example. Similar to other styles put out and less full-bodied. SuzyGreenberg (1028), Seattle, Washington, USA Feb 9, 2008 draft @ brewery - labeled organic on the board; clear and dark amber with slight white head; hops and fruit in the aromas; drinks smooth and well-balanced; malty finish WeeHeavySD (1839), San Diego (Hillcrest), California, USA Feb 8, 2008 3rd Brewery 07-08 Brew Trip with Bikesandbeer. DA (2465), Portland, Oregon City, Oregon, USA Jul 23, 2007 Lucky Lab kinda has their style, pronounced hops, very aromatic, but still maintains a great balance to keep them easy-drinking. This fits it perfectly, another great balanced beer, solid caramel malt flavor for the base, and a crisp citrus hop finish, all over a clear amber body with a tall white head. Oakes (6966), Miami Beach, Florida, USA Jul 22, 2007 As "Rose City Organic Red". Dark red, bright. Dark fruit, citrus, hint of breadcrust in the aroma. Rich, chewy crystal and pale malts, loads of citrusy, earthy, fruity hops. A rich, NoCal-ish red.
