Aroma – Nice hoppy aroma with a light malt backing. <br />
Appearance – Amber in color with a nice head and clear. <br />
Flavor – A very nice easy to drink Pale ale with a Hoppy side. <br />
Palate – Good Mouthfeel, great texture with a nice dry finish. <br />
Overall – A very nice drinking pale with a good hoppy attitude.

Jan 3, 2009 Tap @ their NW spot... Poured reddish/amber with a white head. Floral hops on the nose with a leafy sweetness. Nice dry, highly carbonated palate that was refreshing. Lots of hop flavors with buttery malted grains for balancing. Citrus fruit in the finish.

Dec 29, 2008 Orange amber pour with a thin lasting bubbly head. The aroma is of caramel, biscuits and grapefruit. Lots of grapefruit in the flavor moves to a light floral hop profile and a moderate caramel malt sweetness. Bitterness level is medium. Very drinkable well put together IPA.

Nov 29, 2008 Draft @ the brewpub. Pours a hazy orange color with a small white head. Has a malty hoppy bitter grapefruit aroma. Sweetish malty hoppy bitter grapefruit flavor. Has a long hoppy bitter finish with s long bitter grapefruit aftertaste.

Sep 20, 2008 Sweet smell of fruit, citrus, and maybe caramel. Amber in color. Bitter floral hops with a bitter ending.

Sep 4, 2008 Tap at the LL beer hall. Cloudy golden amber with good sized o.w. head, lots of fine lace. Very fresh, quality made American style IPA. Fresh picked hop aroma & flavor with perfect balance of bitterness, fresh caramel malt flavor and sweetness. Pushing full bodied. This was the best beer I had on the visit to Portland.
