Aroma mellow and of bread dough with a light tang---different...Color a cloudy straw hue---wispy but busy head that leaves thin patches of lace---looks like some of my early homebrews... Flavor features a light sweetness up front, joined by a subtle yeastiness and mild hop top...the finish is a foggy blend of all elements, slightly dry...The body is quite full for this style...carbonation held nicely in-check---good mouthfeel...Overall, this is an interesting taste, but the blend of elements aren’t quite simpatico...It has an unrefined quality that borders on greenness...I’ll have to sample again to see if this impression holds...
