bitbucket (1630), Kirkland, Washington, USA Apr 18, 2008 On tap at Uber. Pours blackish brown with a tan head. Actually, it’s kinda tough to tell what color it is, given the ambient light at Uber. Medium body. Sweet chocolate and brown sugar aroma and taste with just a little of the noble hops sneaking in. Tasty, and an easy drinker.
BrewDad (1803), Olympia, Washington, USA Dec 11, 2008 22oz Bottle – 99 Bottles – Federal Way, WA – A big Porter with a Baltic flavor. This beer had so much flavor it could have given to the next beer. Loved the finish on this beer. Great porter, chocolate flavors. riversideAK (1946), Shoreline, Washington, USA Oct 28, 2008 Dark brown/black pour with very thin to no head. The aroma is very roasted/burnt with some earthy bitterness and a touch of alcohol. Flavor is roasty, fruity, and bitter. Thinnish lager body. Somewhat clean finish for the amount of alcohol. Enjoyable on draught. robforbes (848), Bremerton, Washington, USA Sep 3, 2008 pours a jet black with a wisp of a tan head, some lacing.<br />
