| 4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | Apr 26, 2008 33 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden yellow to orange with a one finger thick slowly diminishing white head. Very floral hops aroma. Flavour is light pinewood and loads of more floral notes. Mild caramel malt base with a light breadish note as the beer heats up. Growing dry bitterness in the finish. Reminds me a bit about a fresh Orval, I don’t get at all why this has been retired. One of my all-time favourites. thewolf (5828), Kolding, Denmark

Pours clear golden hay-coloured with a fine, creamy white head. Aroma is sweet malty with light balanced hops. High carbonation, almost spritzy. Flavour is soft and subdued, very chewy, a touch of metal. But a great fruity hoppiness that dries out well saves the day! mybestfriend (262), Gothenburg, Sweden
