750 ml bottle. Pale straw colour, fairly light bodied... with thin legs. Aroma is loaded with wildflowers, honeyish aroma, lightly herbal and spicy. Flavour is fairly sweet but light-bodied. A bit of lemony tartness as well, with some fresh wildflower honey. Some soft spice on the back. Pretty decent easy drinking mead.

Bottle shared by OKBeer. Golden yellow body, no head. Dry alcoholic almost white wine like aroma. Dry fruity character, alcohol makes itself known. Average palate. Quite pleasant and quaffable for such a strong drink. Much more dry than any previous mead samples I have had.

750 ml bottle. Still pale straw colour. Very winy, fruity aroma, like a medium white wine. I’m not really sure about this one. Pretty clean fruity and sweet flavour. Medium to full bodied. Found it much more pleasant than the Rossignol Blackberry.
