E’ una birra NATURALE NON FILTRATA, che contiene tutto il sapore e i profumi di un prodotto autentico, prima della filtrazione e della pastorizzazione. E’ una birra tedesca, quindi prodotta seguendo tutte le regole della cosiddetta Reinheitsgebot, la Legge di Purezza, che prevede l’utilizzo di sola acqua, malto d’orzo, luppolo e lieviti selezionati. In tedesco questa birra è chiamata anche “Keller” (alla lettera: cantina) o anche “naturalmente torbida”, per il caratteristico aspetto opalescente pre-filtrazione.

Brewed by Einbecker, possibly for the Italian market alone. On tap at Chelsea Pub, Parma. Hazy unfiltered beer, served too cold. A decent lager as it warms up a bit, better than most industrial lagers, but there is nothing here to impress at all. Easy on the hops, easy on the malt. Lawnmover beer...
