Bottle from Corks, Bristol. Dry, yet juicy, apple aroma with a hint of oak. Easy drinking, with some barnyard funkiness, slightly spicy, tart apples and a short yet dry finish. Good.

750 ml bottle. Sparkling, gold colour, some haze. Straightforward appley aroma. Lots of fruit in the flavour which engenders a certain sweetish feel on the palate even though its actually quite dry. Just a hint of tannin. Crisp, refreshing mouthfeel. An easy drinking, quaffable cider if a little short on traditional character. Maybe a little too well behaved in bottle.

The 78, Draught. Aroma is green apples with hints at spicey over ripe apples, and some belgiun wit yeast. Taste is yeasty balanced apple, hints at cider vinigar.
