Bouteille 750ml, date d’expiration; Novembre 1991!

A hazy red-brown beer with a beige head. The aroma is sweet spicy combined with fruity notes of peach and apricot. The flavor is sweet and againg with apricot standing out. Nice, but the body is thin.

Orangy amber color; nice fluffy white head. Malty honey aroma; some fruit. Very bock-like in taste. Nice hops bitterness after a malty sweetness. Very caramelly. Nice, smotth, sitcky mouthfeel. Drying hops. Something I’d buy again if it were available to me.

Creamy foam of medium persistence. Auburn color with dark glares. Limpid but little moved. Medium scent with caramel notes. Round but light with sweet notes and little bitter taste. Unusual but valid.

White and not so fine head with low persistence and very low adhesion. Quite good looking bronze colour. Light malty aroma, sweet flavor, caramel. Not so hoppy. Vienna? Wasn't this a bière de garde?

Light aroma with light malt/grain notes, some light hops, and some off aroma, like cheese and/or vinegar. Clear red amber clear with small off-white diminishing head, some lacing. Medium watery body, almost thin, with average carbonation. Moderate sweet start that lasts through the finish, light acidity and no bitterness. Finish and after are sweet with salty residues. Like a sour brown ale taste - not very good.
