Truly being a ";gourmets for all seasons of times,"; LOL!; Did Satcha Baron Cohen write the commercial description? Poured from bottle at Ukefest in TO. Looks enough like real lager. Starts smooth enough and ends with a vaguely dry note. Sweet corn aroma and taste that is not odious. Slightly grassy taste and feel. One was enough for me yet I’m glad I tried yet another example of this evasively rare style so hard to find at Ontario liquor stores.

[1737-20081001] 500mL bottle. Yeast and plastic hay aroma. Clear, yellow brown body with big long-lasting foamy white bubbles. More yeast and hay and plastic straw in the flavour. Light body is grainy. Bland.

500 ml bottle. Pours a light golden in color with little to no head. It is a fairly calm beer with little carbonation. It has a grassy aroma and a metallic/grassy hop flavor. It is fairly non-offensive compared to other lagers from the region. Decent but not good.

I grabbed a 500ml bottle from the LCBO. Labelled LVIVSKE Premium 5.2%. Poured clear golden with thick foamy head. Smells skunky/hoppy like a pilsner. Mild mouthfeel, kindaflat, tastes of corn and medium malt flavour. A slight hint of bitterness at the finish. A non-offensive beer.
