Finn (1092), Tromsø, Norway Jan 23, 2008 On tap 30 Jun 07. Pale golden colored - almost yellow. A tiny head. Weak aroma. Some malty hints but rather uninteresting. Go for the Mossepils! Sigmund (1961), Hafrsfjord, Norway Jan 8, 2008 On tap at the brewpub, the ABV was said to be 4.3%. Is this really supposed to be a kölsch, or is it a pale lager? A "summer beer" ? - well, we had it on the 4th of January! Very pale golden colour, low head. Pleasant aroma of butterscotch (diacetyl). Notes of butterscotch in the flavour too, but very (too) light bodied, without sufficient hops. I had most of the beer with my burger and sweet chili sauce - the beer was definitely no match for the meal. Ole_R (1304), Oslo, Norway Jan 8, 2008 On tap @ the brewpub (4.3% abv). Fully diminishing low white head. Vey pale, brilliant straw colored body. Limited aroma of light buttery pale malts.
Crisp and semi-dry taste, light wheaty and mildly hopped. Superlight body. Notes of bitterness in a short finish. Descent, but lacks some gravity. Rastacouere (5409), Montréal, Quebec, Canada Nov 12, 2007 Considering the style, Scores ranging from 1 to 5, 5 being the most intense

Comments: A bit timid, a mostly grainy brew with a cerealic malt profile that borders corn. Shy carbonation, shy hops.. quite dull maltiness. Their pils was more pleasant.
thewolf (3983), Kolding, Denmark Sep 24, 2007 Tap @ the brewpub (4,7%). Pours a very pale yellow with very little head. Aroma has some barnyard and a little maltyness, but is generally very soft. Flavour is fresh, mildly hoppy with little sweetness. A little thin, perhaps.
