Aug 26, 2008 On tap at the brewpub. A well-carbonated pale golden beer with a cute little white head. Fruity nose with pale malts and a touch of fruity sourness. Pleasant, but a bit anonymous. Sort of grainy flavor, with a good fruityness and a nice, lasting bitterness. Maybe a bit thin body, but it suits the beer. A nice blend of malty and fruity aromas and flavors makes this an easy drinkable, quenching beer. Probably deserving a higher rating though. (080711)

Jul 26, 2008 Small white head quickly disappears leaving an uneven white film. Hazy pale yellow body with lazy carbonation. Light fruity strawberry aroma with straw notes. Dry hoppy earthy taste with fruity elderberry notes. Light, thin-bodied. Dry watery mealy aftertaste of wheaty straw. Lovely aroma, but taste is too dry and watery. (0.5l draft at the brewpub.)

Jul 26, 2008 Draught@the brewpub. Filmy offwhite head with small bubbles. Brilliant yellow golden, well carbonated body. Aroma is light sweet, light acidulous-sour grains. Vague notes of mild grassy and citric hops. Taste has a grainy character, light to medium sweet with bready notes and a decent amount of grassy bittering hops. Body is light plus and very lively. Fresh bitterness in the finish. Quenching.
