Maasland Blaren Bier 2005

Thanks to Noize for this one. Although it was not too good. Clear amber color, short off-white head. Aroma of caramel malt, some hop and grain. Sweet caramel malty taste, but with a strange bitter note to it.

Brought this one from Nijmegen. Nijmegen is a city in the Netherlands where once a year a big international hiking-event is held. This beer is only then available. Amber coloured. Strange aroma. Taste is watery and a bit spicy. Thin. Ah well.

Malty and skunky aroma. Clear, amber coloured with a thin, off-white head. Taste is malty, watery, hay. Watery and thin. Not too good. Not the beer I want to drink when my feet are full of blisters.
