Weak head, very opaque beer with a reddich gold colour.
Mandarin, lemony watery smell with a yeasty, bready feel.
Watery, bitter-sour taste with a hint of sweetness, and a sweety, yeasty, woody dry palate with hints of... peach?
Nice, well balanced beer but a bit on the subtle side.

Oct 14, 2007 Bottle, 7.5%. Citric, spicy, slightly raggy aroma. Dark golden colour, small floaties. Small lacy white head. The flavour is also citric, from the hops it seems. Some bitterness, a little unpleasant. The hops seem overdone.

Oct 13, 2007 Odense-tasting at Scheffel. [Bottle from Els.] Tasted as Windotter Tripel. Nice triple of style. Good look of amber with some fast head. Spices, fruit, dry and slighty alcoholic.

Oct 5, 2007 Tasted as windotter tripel: Unclear gold/amber with creamy white head & good lacings. Sweet yeasty taste. Some spices. Dont like the sweet taste.. Body is close to thin! OK!

Pours a lightly hazy yellow-orange with a foamy white head. Aroma is kind of fruity, with a definite orange feel. Mouthfeel is rather dry. Flavour is surprisingly limited, a little too vinious and with only a slight sharpness in the fruityness.
