| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Jun 2, 2007 I had this on tap at Matts Oyster Lounge while in Redmond on business. Poured a cloudy unfiltered amber with a very mild almost non-existent aroma. Very smooth beer, not overly hoppy and with hints of citrus. Finish is short and somewhat sweet. Definitely a good beer, but I don’t know about 96th percentile. japewang (42), USA

Extremely complex. More hoppy than usual for an amber. Floral, earth, tones. Appreciating all this beer brings to the table is a challenge because it has so many features to it. Unique brew. jr250r (4), Ocala, Florida, USA does not count | 4.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 5/5 | 9/10 | 4/5 | 19/20 | Apr 23, 2007 I had this beer when I wasn in Seattle a few years back and I Love it. Aroma is pleasantly sweet and hoppy, as is the taste. I unfortunately discovered that if you let it sit too long, the yeast precipitates out. My favorite amber so far.
