Cloudy orange with a nice creamy head. Well balanced amber with a malt profile that was almost too strident, but worked with this beer. A good amber and a good session beer, but make sure to make the time to try some of Seattle's other offerings. jpfrog (130), Bellingham, Washington, USA

However, I have drank it way to much and it is getting old, unlike some other beers that I drink a lot of. It has a colorful amber hue and a good head. However, there is something about it that is missing. It is not complete. Overall a good almost, pretty, close to it, solid ale. SDbruboy (1832), San Diego, California, USA

Mild aroma of fine tea, light malts and citrus with a spicy sweetness. Sweet flavor with a full-mouth bitter bite, cinnamon and allspice with a lingering astringent finish on the back of the tongue. Full body, mild carbonation. Nice treat! jasonp (1513), Sterling/Dulles, Virginia, USA

Kind of yeasty, malty, chewy. Hints of toffee, caramel and cocoa. Faint honey. Hops a little pine nip, but I wouldn’t call it a hoppy beer. Had a cask-like quality. Nice session beer.
