Sweetish, honeyish and malty flavor with medium bitterness and a dull papery note. Spritzy carbonation. BB date two months ahead but tastes dull and old.

Oct 11, 2007 Interesting aroma, maybe raspberry or something similar coming from the yeast.
Seems that is was brewed with quite mineralic water which makes it medicinal in a interesting way.
