| 4.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 9/10 | 4/5 | 17/20 | Sep 8, 2007 I had no expdectations for this one, but was extremely surprised when I tried it. The combination of coffee and chocolate flavors are so well balanced and the taste overall is so smooth that I can’t really think of how it could improve. SturmWulf (65), USA

Poured a dark black with a nice tan/brown creamy head that slowly receded into a creamy cap. Left very nice lacing on Pint. Flavor was of roasted malt, dark chocolate, cream, touch of molasses, vanilla, coffee
and milk chocolate. Excellent flavor! A sweet beer. Has a medium body, creamy and smooth, soft carbonation with a sweet, quick finish that was refreshing and pleasing. A excellent Sweet/Milk Stout!! The only problem I have is I could drink this all day!!! :) Guess I have no problem with it come to think of it... :) If you like Cream, Sweet or Milk Stouts, definitely don’t miss this one! Served in a Pint, this one was made in Cincinnati. One of my favorites! Storm (2685), Amager, Denmark

Aroma of roastedness, coffee, and sweetness. Flavour of sweetness and chocolate. Slightly bitter but somewhat dry - ends up sweet. Goodgrief (1153), Middletown, Delaware, USA
| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 2/5 | 12/20 | Sep 3, 2007 Sept. 2005 - Beer poured almost black with moderate head which took a few secs to form. Surprisingly, the mouthfeel of this one was more than a tad on the flat side for me. Flavor was very sweet and tasted like it had more than 4.9% alcohol. This tastes like the beer equivalent to a soda that has been left out too long and gone flat...it’s sickly sweet, thin and difficult to drink. llcooldave (328), San Antonio, Texas, USA

Poured dark like motor oil. Head was light brown and fizzy. My initial reaction was that it was going to be really heavy, but to my surprise, it was surprisingly light, almost like a Black Lager. Aroma had a cola/maple/vanilla component to it. Flavor was very clean with just a hint of a coffee/dark chocolate aftertaste. An excellent Sweet Stout! kp (8500), Woodstock, Georgia, USA
