an amazing stout. super body: taste of black coffee, chocolate and caramels. low carbonation. flavor is very full. pours so darkly that if you swirl, you can see the molasses-like texture drip down the side of your glass for at least 5 seconds! thin, milk-chocolate colored head. i happened to get an amazing price on these... $7.35 for a 6-pack! a virtual steal. the bartender that introduced me to this calls it "the porno stout".

This one is a litte creamy at first...then a strong alcohol hits you....before it get’s unpleasent, you get a mighty rush of quite pleasent flavor that makes this brew heads above most other stouts!...This is unlike most stouts out there....

Bottle. Pours an opaque black with a thin lacy tan head. Very light nose, just a touch of chocolate and dust. Creamy medium body and soft carbonation. Tastes like coffee with cream and sugar, and a dash of chocolate. Standard milk stout finish - it just sorta fades into nothingness.

This is a beautiful beer. Sweet, but very different because of the lactose. Super creamy, with chocolate, vanilla and brown sugar flavors. Dessert in a bottle! This beer is very distinct, and very awesome.

12 oz bottle. This beer to me is what stout is all about. Black as burned coffee, deep tan head, and smooth as silk going down. Chocolate, not bitter, this is a thoroughly enjoyable brew. As was mentioned earlier, could have a tad higher ABV, but for pure flavor, this is the bomb.

An almost black pour with tan head and lacing that does what lacing does. An aroma of sweet chocolate and coffee. A flavor with a really nice sweetness of mostly chocolate. With a bit more alcohol this could really be an excellent beer. As it is it has a clean flavor and aroma. The bitter is just a little weak but present. The palate is just a tad thin and fizzy but not off by much. I like this beer quite a bit.

Pours dark, head does not last very long. Aroma is mix of coffee and chocolate. Sweet taste slight tickle, thin/oily.
