| 2.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 10/20 | Jun 2, 2006 Draft at Volo, in the good company of hogtownharry. Arrived a hazed amber coor with a tiny head and spots of lace. Seet, fruity malts in the english style, even a bit of smokiness and noticible dusty hops. Dry, dusty flavor and a bit watery, odd compared to the rather bold aroma, with little sweetness except just a touch that emerges midway and leading into an astrigent herbal hop finish. Lifth to medium body and little to no carbonation. Not really my style and just under average overall. rudolf (1783), Buffalo, New York, USA

Inviting sweet nose - light grassiness & citrus, nice malt. Hops are very well balanced with a strawberry-esque malt. Good stuff. MrManning (1655), London, Ontario, Canada

Pours with little head and a darker amber body. Aroma has malt all over it, and in the taste there is a slight hops bitterness. Finish is clean and crisp, with a nice bite in the throat. Decent. | 2.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 10/20 | Oct 26, 2004 Bottle. Amber color, off white head. Mild aroma of some malt and some spicy hops. Similar flavor, but mild again. Thinner body, slightly astringent. I see others have tried it on cask and I’m guessing I’d like it better on cask as well. In a bottle it’s inoffensive but kind of boring. daboskabouter (1470), Fergus, Ontario, Canada

Hops really kick in in the palate - piney hop taste, semi sweet malty body. Great, long bitter palate. Very nice beer. joeycapps (1466), Waterdown, Ontario, Canada
