A little thin in the body with flavours of caramel and nuts, but never sweet. Dry finish with a light touch of hops. Spicy/woody hop aroma, some caramel. Flavour is quite hoppy. Woody goldings come through on the palate with a long moderately bitter finish. The flavour is well hopped and toffee. Overall a reasonable hopped and bitter beer.
