Commercial Description:
Rich, amber hue and full-bodied flavor begin with roasted, domestic caramel malt. It’s sweetness is then tempered with genuine Cascade hops, which are added again at the end of the boil for a distinctive, citric-floral aroma.

pours a little fizzy, a light amber in color with a 1 finger white head. smells sweet with hops and a touch of lemon. taste is a little more bitter than your usual amber, crisp, a bit citrus (grapefruit and lemon), and a nice floral also. refreshing, not that bad of a beer for a nice sunny pacific northwest evening.

Pours a deep amber with red highlights and a medium-sized off-white head that laces the glass. The aroma is pleasant with a nice dose of floral, citrusy hops combined with a touch of sweet malts. The flavor is well balanced with malts, toffee, some citrus, and spicy hop bitterness. The finish is medium in body and bittersweet. The mouthfeel is creamy and enjoyable. Overall, this was one of the best beers offered at the Pyramid Alehouse in Seattle.

Cloudy reddish amber with a thin off white head, nice lacing.. Bread, toast, dandelion, orange bouquet. Exquisite aroma! Less complex floral taste, but still very good. Orange and grapefruit notes. NIce hop finish. Outstanding!

I was pleasantly suprised with this one. Poured from a 22oz. bomber into a pint glass. Has a somewhat thin, quickly diminishing head and a very hoppy aroma. The taste is a bitter, floral, and hoppy. Very hoppy for an Amber. For the price this is tough to beat. A very well rounded beer.

Bottle. Wonderful looking beer. Poured copper with a thick white head. Much lacing. Citrusy aroma. Mild body with a distinct hoppiness. Edge of tongue finish that lingered. This got better as it warmed.
