| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Aug 8, 2007 Pours a deep amber with red highlights and a medium-sized off-white head that laces the glass. The aroma is pleasant with a nice dose of floral, citrusy hops combined with a touch of sweet malts. The flavor is well balanced with malts, toffee, some citrus, and spicy hop bitterness. The finish is medium in body and bittersweet. The mouthfeel is creamy and enjoyable. Overall, this was one of the best beers offered at the Pyramid Alehouse in Seattle. auderale (572), Fairchild AFB, Washington, USA

| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Jun 29, 2007 I was pleasantly suprised with this one. Poured from a 22oz. bomber into a pint glass. Has a somewhat thin, quickly diminishing head and a very hoppy aroma. The taste is a bitter, floral, and hoppy. Very hoppy for an Amber. For the price this is tough to beat. A very well rounded beer.
