Fruity floral and notes of citrus hops, which is also present in the flavour. Very smooth with a medium bitter finish. | 2.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 4/5 | 4/10 | 3/5 | 10/20 | Mar 31, 2007 Pours copper amber with a tall white head, dissipates gradually and leaves nice lacing. Aroma is slight citrus hops. Flavor is disappointingly watery, but better than typical grocery store beers. It’s not even sierra nevada. GeneralGao (3072), Iowa City, Iowa, USA

Head was off white with decent lacing. Attractive flowery hop aroma. Slightly sweet on the tongue with a pleasant buttery caramel flavor balanced nicely with the citrusy/flowery hops. Delicious. | 4.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 9/10 | 3/5 | 9/10 | 4/5 | 18/20 | Feb 19, 2007 Poured a rich golden bronze color with a head that vanished completley. The nose was strong with citrusy hops. Below was hearty malts with a crisp fruitiness of apples or pears. The flavor contained sweet bready malts, cookie dough and an element of single malt scotch. A brushing of grapefruit hoppiness encircles the beer and brings a perfect balance. The grapefruit-like zest really complements the flavor of the malts. Drinkability is very high and is suitable for any type of occasion. Exellent!!!
