Pours light amber with a dense antique white head.
Light citrus notes, namely grapefruit, on the nose. Also slightly bready notes also.
Taste is sweet and bitter. Light sweet candy notes up front and a clean fruity bitter finish. Not overpowering but not weak either.
Mouthfeel is fairly creamy and nice.
Drinkability is high because I could drink plenty, I just don't know if I would. brewblackhole (1385), Muskego, Wisconsin, USA

Hoppy-malty aroma with light citrus notes. Mildly sweet with a dry hoppy finish, pretty thin and watery - disappointing taste. Light body, little carbonation. I expected better... | 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Jan 31, 2004 Very little head on this ale. Nice dark brown hue. No lacing. Great balance of hops and malt. I couldn't tell which one was more noticeable. The malt came on quick but was pushed out by the hops quite fast. Good ale. stubby (326), Santee, California, USA
