Commercial Description:
Rich, amber hue and full-bodied flavor begin with roasted, domestic caramel malt. It’s sweetness is then tempered with genuine Cascade hops, which are added again at the end of the boil for a distinctive, citric-floral aroma.

Canned version brewed/canned by <a href=http://www.ratebeer.com/Ratings/Beer/ShowBrewer.asp?BrewerID=721>Pacific Western Brewing.

Amber in color with a beige head. Aroma is malt and sweet. Flavor is malt with a hop finish. Not bad but I don't think it's up to par with the others I've had from this brewery.

Pacific NW meets Scotland? It takes alot of balls to keep the hops out of a beer from here but this beer, although not even close to anything Scotland has to offer wasn't bad. Very clean and crisp with a nice slight hop balance. The best PNW beer I've had. (I usually don't like em)

Amber color, small white head.Nice hoppy aroma with hints of citrus and mild malt.malty hoppy taste with a nice grapefruit tone mildly spicy, with a decent hop after taste that holds a slight spiciness to it and grape fruit as well.the feel is mild and highly drinkable. This is another good brew from these guys and i'm glad i have a couple more to enjoy for later.

An average amber ale. Very cloudy and opaque, lightly amber colored, very fruity and buttery. A very easy drinking session style amber.

Nose is very citrusy, somewhat floral and hoppy, a bit of earth and grass. Pours an amber (duh) color, with no floaties or cloudiness, thin head, excellent lacing. Flavor starts with grapefruit, has an excellent malty middle, but ends a little weak. Good bitterness all the way through. Would probably buy again.

Orange-amber color with a small off white head. Aroma is sweet with a hint of hops. Flavor starts sweet and malty and finishes lightly bitter and slightly dry. Not great, but a better than average amber.

Medium amber with a thin head. Aroma of floral hops. First taste is spicy hops with marked bitterness. Some toasted grains, malt flavor, and a little astringent in the finish.
