Commercial Description:
Rich, amber hue and full-bodied flavor begin with roasted, domestic caramel malt. It’s sweetness is then tempered with genuine Cascade hops, which are added again at the end of the boil for a distinctive, citric-floral aroma.

Canned version brewed/canned by <a href=http://www.ratebeer.com/Ratings/Beer/ShowBrewer.asp?BrewerID=721>Pacific Western Brewing.

Slightly fruity and flowery nose with a distinct hop component Brown-amber color. A clean maltiness upfront quickly gives way to a distinct hop finish. It is not terribly bitter, though. Decent balance, but it ain't so complex to begin with. Medium body. Simple and average beer.

Hoppy apple aroma. Murky with a fizzy head. Bitter malt taste. Thin fast diminishing taste. Unexciting.

decent amber color (clear), well-carbonated with a thin but lasting head. aroma is mostly controlled by the hops as well as the flavor. grapefruit is the main characteristic i get from this one. better than i expected, but would say it is a little thin.

Nice deep amber beer with a good malty nose. Nice balance of sweetness and hops. Nice full silky mouthfeel with a good finish.

Nice sweet malty aroma, bit of brown sugar. Slightly fruity hops character. Low foamy head with little lacing. Bit cloudy, cider red/brown. Medium high carb, silky watery body. Dry subdued sweetness before medium hops. Bit of cidery sourness. Tangy sweet finish with nutty, mostly tangy after. Clean, watery. Nice flavor, but cidery notes detract.

Clear golden hue with a thin but visible head. Tiny bubbles. Surprisingly good nose. Sweet cereal malt with some hops. Fairly smooth on the tongue. For some reason the taste begins to fade leaving the middle empty. As it warms it becomes thinner and more watery.

I can appreciate this a lot more than the honey beer. Bronze appearance, Aroma is piney, the flavor is strong with hops, pine needles, citrus, and a malty caramel finish, not bad, its atleast worth a try.

draft. An unassuming beer. Decent for an amber. Malty nose. Slight hop finish. Very well balanced. A good beer when GOOD beer isn't available.
