Commercial Description:
Rich, amber hue and full-bodied flavor begin with roasted, domestic caramel malt. It’s sweetness is then tempered with genuine Cascade hops, which are added again at the end of the boil for a distinctive, citric-floral aroma.

Canned version brewed/canned by <a href=http://www.ratebeer.com/Ratings/Beer/ShowBrewer.asp?BrewerID=721>Pacific Western Brewing.

Pale ammer. Lasting head. Aroma of citris and pine. Flavor of citris and earth. Light bitter finish. Tastes more like a Pale Ale due to the hops.

~Pours a light amber color with small head. ~Nice balance of malts and hops in the scent. Nice. ~Crisp, clean, citrus hop taste with some light sweet malts. ~Light feel, crisp bitter finish. ~This is a good beer! Taste like a pale ale to me, definitely a nice surprise!

12 oz bottle. Pours amber with fluffy ecrue head. The aroma is grapefruit, caramel, iced tea, and some sweetish earthiness. The flavor is green wood and grapefruit, followed by a dusty caramel. Prickly citrus and some honey notes. Gets earthy toward finish. leaves chalky caramel aftertaste.

Pours a nice cloudy dark amber color. Aroma consists of floral and pine notes. Clean bitter hoppy taste with a hint of citrus as it finishes. Overall I think this is a decent amber ale. Smooth and easy drinking with some decent complexiy to boot...

Too cascadey and too weak in all aspects. Definitely agree with the last guy’s comment about a strange metallic aftertaste. So-so at best.

Clear light orange body with a thin quickly disappearing eggshell white head that leaves only a ring and some spotty cover. Aroma mostly caramel and biscuits slightly floral hops. Weak flavor, sweet but not really describable, some astringent hops and some toastiness and caramel in there. A weird lingering aftertaste is metallic and unpleasant.
