Commercial Description:
Rich, amber hue and full-bodied flavor begin with roasted, domestic caramel malt. It's sweetness is then tempered with genuine Cascade hops, which are added again at the end of the boil for a distinctive, citric-floral aroma.

Canned version brewed/canned by Pacific Western Brewing.

Different looking bottle. Pours a rich amber color with a small rocky top head. Nose is sour, stale malt, and a bit of burnt corn muffins. Taste is off and cardboard like. Just not good. This bottle may be old but I can’t see the remains of anything that was once good.

Pale ammer. Lasting head. Aroma of citris and pine. Flavor of citris and earth. Light bitter finish. Tastes more like a Pale Ale due to the hops.

~Pours a light amber color with small head. ~Nice balance of malts and hops in the scent. Nice. ~Crisp, clean, citrus hop taste with some light sweet malts. ~Light feel, crisp bitter finish. ~This is a good beer! Taste like a pale ale to me, definitely a nice surprise!

12 oz bottle. Pours amber with fluffy ecrue head. The aroma is grapefruit, caramel, iced tea, and some sweetish earthiness. The flavor is green wood and grapefruit, followed by a dusty caramel. Prickly citrus and some honey notes. Gets earthy toward finish. leaves chalky caramel aftertaste.

Pours a nice cloudy dark amber color. Aroma consists of floral and pine notes. Clean bitter hoppy taste with a hint of citrus as it finishes. Overall I think this is a decent amber ale. Smooth and easy drinking with some decent complexiy to boot...
