Overall this a decent porter.Kinda reminds me of Summit’s great northern porter. Nice balane of sweetness, and bitterness. Chocolate, and coffee with a lil’ bit of sugary sweetness at the end.

Pours a really nice dark color.. Smells of roasted coffee with a little bit of sweetness. Very roasty in flavor with a somewhat hoppy flavor. Overall good stuff.

Very good tasting beer. A very dark taste however not a noticable taste of alcohol. Decent tasting porter.

Pleasant roasted aroma. Sweet chocolate flavors. Smooth and creamy. A little watery. If it had been more fuller bodied it would certainly rate higher. Still a decent porter.

Pours very dark brown with a big, retained tan colored head. Aroma is significant and fairly complex, with notes of cream, chocolate, and fresh roasted coffee. Significant coffee flavor as well a bit or roasted nuts and just a touch of hoppy bitterness in the finish. Good beer.
