Brown-black out of the bottle, tan transient head, light coffee aroma, roasty flavors, pretty smooth and thin mouthfeel. Balanced and enjoyable.

Rather mild porter that has surprisingly little flavor; On the watery side, this porter has significantly less body than typical porters; The dark roasted flavor and bitterness are closer to style, but a bit light as well, and the finish is very weak; The nose is faintly sweet and chocolatey; Very dark brown and nearly opaque; Tan head is fairly small on the pour, disappears quickly, and doesn’t leave even a trace of lacing

A hearty, malty, chocolatey porter with a beautiful black color. Great flavor, but could’ve been a bit thicker and a little more carbonated. Otherwise very satisfying.

Dark brown-black pour with a small foamy tan head that leaves a bit of lacing. Sweet malty aroma with chocolate, coffee and molasses coming through. Flavor is the same, with the coffee really coming through. A bit of smokiness on the finish. A little creamy on the palate, but at the same time a little thin. Good.

Pours black with a fully receding wispy tan head. Aroma of sweet roast, chocolate, licorice. Taste is light foamy roast, licorice, and brown malt. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with soft carbonation. Pretty tasty porter.

Bottle. Pours very dark brown with a one finger tan head that leaves good lacing. Aroma of roasted malt, coffee, chocolate, and oats. Taste is the same as aroma with tons of coffee and bitter chocolate. Medium thin creamy mouthfeel with a mild to moderate amount of bitterness. Very good.
