Clear ruby/copper with a very thin edge head. Light carbonation. Fruity aroma (cherries) with some caramel malt and earthy hops. Medium body, fruity, spicy and lightly sticky. Tremendous English Old Ale qualities, although weaker. Lightly bitter and mildly sweet. Not an intense amount of flavor, but solid (a la Young’s Winter Warmer). Finishes slick, juicy and dry. Thank You Gusler.

Plenty going on in the flavor here. A most worthy winter ale.

An unorthodox negative-ten degrees windchill out right now... what a perfect beer to be drinking. Rich, malty, and sweet. A touch of spice, but not too much. Truly ’perfect for fireside sipping.’ ReRating Addendum: Deep red color, very inviting, fresh arom. Very rich & malty with a nice hoppy zing. Toasty-goodness.

Pretty good. I was dazzled, to say the least. But not as good as the other Mac T beers.

Almost like it cahanges flavor over the taste, from fruitty to barley, to malty, to spicy.

Dark amber colored beer with a white head. Malty aroma. Sweet maltiness up front with a bitter finish.
