Clearly an APA. Taste is sweet and a little dull. Everything about the beer makes me think it could be sharper. Jabswitch (213), Green Bay, Wisconsin, USA
| 2.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 10/20 | Oct 17, 2006 A very average pale ale. A hoppy aroma. Pale in appearance. Flavor lacked hops and there was no other characteristic in its flavor to make up for this rather bland taste. It was crisp and thirst quenching - but I really don’t think of it as being a good pale ale. buckybeer (666), Eau Claire, Wisconsin, USA

| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Mar 10, 2006 Gold in color, with splotchy head. The aroma was hopcity with some malt. The flavor had some citrus and pale malts up front, giving way to some hop and pine elements in the rear. Medium palate. Bockyhorsey (2552), Mesa, Arizona, USA
| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Mar 9, 2006 Bottle. Aroma of a herbal flower garden. Darker shade of gold. Had a lemon flavor to it with some good carbination. Decent brew went good after little work outside. Refreshing I guess. paulmetzger (152), Pocatello, Idaho, USA
| 2.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 2/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Feb 18, 2006 My bottle says Mac’s Highlander *Golden* Ale, but close enough. Yellow with medium CO2. Yeastly, slightly pine hop aroma. Kinda tastes like BMC, only not bad. Finish is sweet floral hops, no bitter. frankenkitty (1903), Oak Lawn, Illinois, USA
| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 2/5 | 15/20 | Jan 25, 2006 Golden/amber and lively with a small, white head. Aroma is dry and malted to start with juicy citrus arriving after. Flavor starts with some fleeting metallics then stabilizes to a pleasing melting pot of sweet malts and orange bitters. A little thin but rather good.
