Perfectly balanced! The hops were tastey, floral....but not TOO floral. Sweet malty finish.....im impressed. spydog (74), Tempe, USA

This could be a top 5 though. Depends on the rest of the Pale Ales on my schedule whether they stay up there. I liked this one very much mikey (337), farmington, Utah, USA
| 4.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 17/20 | Feb 19, 2007 Poured a cloudy, golden orange color with a modest white head with good retention. The nose was fruity sweet hops, a nice touch of apple juice with floral notes and faint pale malts. The taste begins with a nice splash of spicy floral hops, followed by pleasant apples, a medium bitterness and a bit of malt husk. The finish had a pleasant lingering floral bitterness balanced by residual sugars. Very nice and quite interesting. This was a great find. ttboy8099 (73), Corvallis, Oregon, USA
