Nice deep golden beer, with a nice sized pure white head.
Slight aromas mostly malty, with a pinch of hop.
Strong malts dominate early flavours, then after wards quite strong hopping for a XPA. But Im rather put off by a quite noticable alcohol flavour in the after taste, quite raw.
Ok on the palate, nothing bad.
Overall OK but too much alcohol for this style. I dont like the raw alcohol taste in the end much.

Dec 20, 2008 Cloudy Gold. Fast, soapy head. Aroma: Citris hops, biscuit. Flavor: Same but sweeter, malt backing. Bitter finish.

Dec 11, 2008 Golden beer with a thin white head. The aroma is off floral and earthy hops, light biscuit and bread. Pretty malty really with a light earthy bitterness in the finish. Extremely unremarkable, but nothing really wrong with it.

Dec 9, 2008 12 oz bottle. Pours gold with sticky white head. The aroma is grassy hops and a little bit of citrus, and something that reminds me of the huge pile of wood shavings in my back driveway. Flavor is grassy hops again, a bit of mild malt, and a strange chemical sourness in the finish. Drinkable, but not so great.

Nov 20, 2008 12 oz bottle. Light amber in color with a minimal fizzy head. slight hop undertones with a good taste of malt. Med body with a nice finsih, however slightly dry.
