Commercial Description:
A rich golden lager with a wonderfully smooth, malty sweetness...this will warm the chilly spring nights.

Draft at Warsaw location. Poured clear copper color with an average frothy white head that mostly lasted with good lacing. Moderate toasted malt aroma. Medium body with a smooth texture. Medium balanced bittersweet flavor with the same medium finish of average duration. My expectations were met.

I have to agree with thedm on this bock.I sampled it and was definitely disappointed in the lack of taste and also lack of flavor.

This brew formed a medium head. It did have a nice lacing though. Its body was that of a golden lager. I asked myself, "This is a bock?". It had little to no malty aroma and it was very hard to identify it. It did not have a bock taste or flavor. It also had a strong fore and aftertaste. This was not a good bock. Mad Anthony should leave the bocks to the Germans!
