draft at the brewpub - Pours dark brown with a thin tan head. It has a mild, malty aroma with a little citrus in it. The flavor is somewhat sweet with somewhat off tasting citrus notes that certainly do nothing for the finish. I found it fairly drinkable, but ultimately rather disappointing.

Draft at MABC.Small, creamy, smooth tan head that mostly diminished, semi-opaque, no carbonation observed, and a light-medium hue. The nose was malt and dark fruits, maybe cherries or berries. Flavor was cherries or berries, semi-sweet, some malt, and astringent. Not nice tasting IMO.Smooth mouthfeel and light in body. Not true to style IMO and not a beer that I was at all impressed with.Next!!

Tap pour: From the brewery, this pours a swamp-water brown with a min. tan head. Citrus-wheat based nose with some dark fruits and dark malt. Medium-light body. Very astringent right off the bat and doesn’t really improve beyond that...some wheat notes are present but buried behind the sour citrus acidity. Not a fan.

This draft brew from the brewery poured a small sized head of foamy finely sized tan colored bubbles that were long lasting and left behind a semi-opaque very softly carbonated dark brown colored body and a good lacing. The mild aroma was floral malty and doughy with an acidic aftertaste. The flavor contained notes of mild hops and brown malt. Not one that I would buy again the acidic aftertaste killed it for me.
