Commercial Description:
A refreshing light wheat ale fermented with a special German yeast, which gives the beer a fruity-spicey character with hints of banana and cloves.

Tap (German Wheat). Nice wheat malt and ripe banana aroma. Cloudy orange yellow color with a moderate fluffy white head. Strong and slightly sour wheat malt flavor with light banana and orange flavors. Very nice beer - less sweet and fruity than some but quite quaffable.

A medium sized white head with fine-medium sized bubbles that was mostly diminishing. The body was uncarbonated and clear with a yellow hue.The nose was characteristic of this style of beer with notes of malt, banana and clove. The flavor was sweet tasting with a smooth, thin, creamy mouthfeel and it was light bodied. There was good lacing on the sides of my glass. This was a very drinkable and mild beer.

THis brew poured a medium sized head of foamy white colored finely sized mostly lasting bubbles that left behind a transparent yellow orange colored barely carbonated body and a fiar lacing. The aroma was a average malt hop one with noted of banana in it while its mouthfeel was smooth. The flavor was on the tastey side with banana and malt elements.

On tap at the Indiana Microbrewers Festival -- Cloudy pale yellow with a tight, white head. Nice traditional banana clove flavors with a nice acidic lemon hint. A good American Bavarian wheat.
