Draft sample at brewpub. Clear reddish brown color with an average frothy off-white head that mostly lasted with fair lacing. Moderate sweet toasted aroma. Medium body. Medium balanced flavor with a medium bittersweet finish of moderate duration.

This draft brew from the brewery poured a small sized head of finely sized tan colored bubbles that were mostly lasting and left behind a transparent uncarbonated red brown colored body and a good lacing. The mild aroma was hoppy and malty. The crisp semi-thick mouth feel was tingly at the start and at the finish sweet aftertaste. The flavor contained notes of malt and hops. An OK brew just nothing special.

Draft at MABC. Small ivory head that mostly diminished, fair amount of lacing, no visible carbonation, transparent, and an orange with some red peeking through. Sweet mildly malty and some light caramel notes for the aroma. The flavor was sweet, mildly malty and some caramel, thin and watery tasting. Blah and boriing. Smooth, watery and thin mouthfeel. Light body. Lacks character, too thin and watery. Missed the mark on the brewing of this one. Very disappointing for this style.

draft - Pours reddish and clear with a moderate head. The aroma is very light malts. The flavor is also light and the palate is too watery. More body and hops would have helped. Drinkable, but that’s about it...

half pint at MA - Aroma is mild malts, hardly anything. Pours transparent red with a big head and decent lacing. Flavor is also mild and boring. Palate is clean and watery. Thin and boring. Hey, some people like their beer that way.
