dp (497), uniontown, Ohio, USA Jul 26, 2008 on tap at their brewpub in Auburn. Cloudy , did not need an orange with this one, the sweetness held its own
Dastrn (75), Warsaw, Indiana, USA Aug 29, 2008 On tab at the MA Warsaw location. Looked cloudy and orange with a small white head. The nose was buttery, with clover, orange, and bread. The flavor was butter and malt. They just fixed/changed their kegs/taps so i wonder if the butter flavor was residue from their cream stout or something different. I suppose I’ll order another in a few weeks and see if there’s a change. For now, it was not good. rkuhnel (1232), Eureka, California, USA Aug 8, 2008 From the brewpub in Fort Wayne, Indiana,, this draft beer came a cloudy light orange color with a small white head and liight lacing. Nose of light malts with some light fruit aromas. Medium mouthfeel. Finish is mild. Very easy to drink. bdigi66 (501), Ft Wayne, Indiana, USA Jun 30, 2008 Draft @ MABC: Pour is a murky, pale yellow/orange color with a lingering white head. Notes of wheat, honey, pale malts, light fruits and a subtle floral hop tone come together in the nose...medium-full bodied mouth feel. Flavor consists of a crisp wheat base with some sweet fruity accents and a light hop finish. Solid summer brew. dpjuart (642), Indiana, Pennsylvania, USA Jun 24, 2008 Draft sample at brewpub. Pours hazy golden with white, fluffy head. Nose is slight spice and wheat. Taste is very American wheat-esque. Not very "German" as the bartender said. Still, mild fruit, lots of wheat. Just ok.
