Commercial Description:
The original Extra Pale Ale, this is the one that started it all. Our first brew was introduced in 1989 in Golden Gate style kegs. We have stayed true to our beginnings and still brew it the way we did back then. A bright golden hued ale with a medium body and a crisp spicy /floral hop character and very mild bitterness. This unfiltered ale has a pleasing mouth feel and remains our most popular brew. This beer goes with everything and every occasion.

12 oz. bottle. Pours out golden and cloudy, as if unfiltered. Head creamy white and lasting. Aroma slightly hoppy, with some lemon. Relatively mild flavor for a Pale Ale, small hop bite with citrus tones. Silky mouth feel and mild flavor make it easy to drink on a hot day.

Pours out golden colored with fluffy white head. Slight floral hoppy aroma. Taste is also slight citrus with a touch of hops. Very smooth and easy drinking, an everyday kind of beer.

Draft at Flagstaff Brewing Company. Pours yellow with a thin white head. Spice and floral hops and some earthy malt in the nose. Taste is more malty than I like for a pale ale. More floral hops. Medium mouthfeel. Pleasant.

This was a decent pale ale - mild citrus hop, balanced nicely with malt. Not going to jump out at you, but fresh and easy drinking.

Pours a mostly clear golden yellow color with a medium white head. Aroma of faint citrus and malt with a yeasty presence. Taste is slightly sweet malty fruit and citrus with a grainy finish. Not bad, but nothing special either.
