Commercial Description:
The original Extra Pale Ale, this is the one that started it all. Our first brew was introduced in 1989 in Golden Gate style kegs. We have stayed true to our beginnings and still brew it the way we did back then. A bright golden hued ale with a medium body and a crisp spicy /floral hop character and very mild bitterness. This unfiltered ale has a pleasing mouth feel and remains our most popular brew. This beer goes with everything and every occasion.

Draft. Pale hazy golden color with no head. Very fruity - apricots and a little lemon. Some balt, a lightly bitter finish, but fruit dominates. Easy drinking.

Slightly hazed golden body topped by a medium off-white head. Aroma is medium sweet, floral, grapefruit, pepper. Taste is floral, white pepper, some grapefruit, light lemon. Not especially bitter, but it does have some bite. Light-medium body, quite guzzlable.

Nice amber hue, small lacey head. Sweet malty backbone, citric and veggie flavor. Biiterness not overwhelming but well balanced. East drinking beer.

Hazy golden color with a fluffy off white head. Light cookie dough, mild grapefruit and celery aroma. Spanish peanuts and cookie dough flavors. Reminds me of an APA but lighter and lacking malt depth.

Cloudy bright gold. Nose hoppy, citrus and pine. Taste is pretty average, cirtic burst up front, good malts backing it up, somewhat toasty and nutty. Do like the palate, has a nice, stickyk creaminess to it.

Head was a frothy white with some lacing while drinking. The hops were balanced with a mild maltiness. About average for the Pale Ales that I have had.

This is just your basic generic pale ale. Nothing lacking, nothing special.
