Pour is very porter like with a small tan head. Aroma is roasted nut with smoky peat. That smoky peat translates to the flavor along with wet grass and anise. The peat recedes at the finish and smoke builds as does carbonation. beernovice39 (240), South Carolina, USA Oct 10, 2009 Three for three so far from Mad river!
