Aug 20, 2008 Think this coulda been a good one, but it seems to be turning. The sour dominates all else. But hidden in there is a pretty good beer. I do pick up some good grainyness, a little honey, a bit chewy. Some head and lace. Decent body. Honey finish. Be interesting to try another. Maybe someday.

Aug 14, 2008 Bottle from Hamilton, MT. Dark golden in color upon pouring. Sweet, somewhat grainy aroma. Slightly sweet and malty with a hint of rye bitterness.

~Nice scent of wheat and honey.
~Honey wheat taste. A bit sour.
~Creamy feel, quick clean finish.
~This is an easy drinking brew. Not too much to it it though.

Jul 27, 2008 I liked the pieces more than the final product. Being a rye fan it was nice to have it lurking in the background, but the grain could have been more forceful. The honey sweetness was too suppressed. Maybe next time, as it should be a nice matchup.

Jun 23, 2008 12oz bottle acquired in trade with kyzr (thanks!). Poured a medium and hazy golden color with a small sized white head. Aromas of honey, grains, spices, and light rye. Tastes of honey, rye (more than the aromas), and grains. Thinner body.
