Commercial Description:
A Beer Cloaked in Secrecy An ale whose mysterious and unusual palate will swirl across your tongue and ask more questions than it answers. A beer brewed clandestinely and given a name whose meaning is never revealed. Why #9? Why, indeed. A sort of dry, crisp, fruity, refreshing, not-quite pale ale. #9 is really impossible to describe because there’s never been anything else quite like it. Fermented with our 150 year old strain of top-fermenting English yeast.

12oz - Aroma is grassy, doughy wet malts. Flavor matches with just the slightest hint of citrus hops. Palate is clean. Bland and boring.

The taste was bold and very strong. It was fruity and I tasted apricots. The one strong fruit taste was too strong for my liking.

Bottle. Golden with thin white head. Aroma strong of apricots. Flavor is very fruity, light, with a little hop. I’ll drink it on a hot day.

Bomber pours out deep gold with some copper hues and thin white head. The aroma is floral and spicy hops with some grape fruitiness, a touch of corn and graininess. The taste is growing on me as I consume more of the bottle with floral hops, sweet malts and some spice hops to start. By midway it gets fruity with dark grapes and mild sweet currants. It ends with an upwelling of malt graininess helping create a somewhat neutral and near refreshing sensation. My very first impression of this beer was that it resembled an above average Pale Lager.

Pours a clear golden body with a thin white head. Thin body. Peaches with a semi-dry finish. Not bad but far from good.

Bottle 22oz. - Poured clear golden color with minimal white head. Aroma - Cereal, light cherry, herbs and toasted grains. Flavor - Has this cherry 7up taste mixed with toasted grains. Sweet at first and has decent bitter bite in the finish! Palate - Medium bodied with slick texture. Average carbonation, finish is abrupt and metallic. Overall - Not overly impressed by this beer but not horrible either. Kinda boring and lacking any strong flavors!

Bottle. Poured a cloudy gold with a medium white head. Aroma had fruit notes, apricot and pear, as well as some pine and yeast notes. Flavor had a bit more pine it in, but the same sweet fruits were present as well.

12 oz bottle. Poured golden in color with a medium sized beige head that left little to no lacing on the glass. Aroma is fruity with apicots, light caramel. Tastes is fairly sweet with fruity apricots, light caramel malt, and faint grassy hop.
