Sep 30, 2006 [Bottled at Stockholm Beer Festival] Hazy golden. Rich apricot jam aroma. Sweet with rounded mouthfeel. Not sticky, but soo much apricot jam that it covers everything else, turning out one dimensional.

Mar 15, 2005 (Bottle 35,5 cl) Unusual brew using English top-fermenting yeast and also wheat. And then it’s a fruit beer - I would’ve guessed raspberries, but it turns out to be....apricot!!! Fully golden, unfiltered with a pretty decent head. Pronounced, dry fruit flavours and almost no sweetness. Well, not a complete pleasure.

clear amber, thin white head, soft slightly sweet fruity apracot aroma, creamy body, dry fruit flavor, really nice apracot flavor, hint of tartness, great fruity character without being too sweet or fruity
